# Privacy notice

This notice explains how we process the personal data of people who visit influencerfor.me, sign up as creators or sign up on behalf of a company. It is a translation of the Italian text, which prevails in case of doubt.

## 1. Who processes the data

The data controller is **MARCHE WEB MARKETING DI CARBONI LUCA & C. S.A.S.**, Via Ponte Metauro Villanova 3/D, 61036 Colli al Metauro (PU), Italia, VAT IT02641980418 («Marche Web Marketing», «we»). We run the influencerfor.me platform and, as an agency, work with client companies selling on Amazon and other marketplaces.

## 2. What data we collect

**If you sign up as a creator**

- account data: name, email, password (stored encrypted), country, language;
- your profile: public name, introduction, photo, niches, social channels with links and figures (followers, average views, engagement, frequency), aggregated data about your audience (countries, age group, female share), analytics screenshots, past work, countries where you receive shipments, languages and formats;
- optional private data: phone number and shipping address;
- the proposals the agency makes of your profile to client companies (sector and date).

**If you register a company**

- company name, VAT number and the result of the check on the European Commission's VIES system, country, website, sales channels, sector;
- contact person's name, email, optional phone, password (encrypted), language.

**If you write to us through the Contact form or to a platform mailbox** (business@, career@, [info@influencerfor.me](mailto:info@influencerfor.me)): name, email, optional company, message and any attachments.

**For everyone**: IP address and date at sign-up and when accepting documents, date of last login, technical server logs.

We do not ask for special categories of data (health, opinions, origin) and we ask you not to enter them in free-text fields.

## 3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

**What the agency's client companies see.** When we present a creator to a client company we show the profile: public name, photo, introduction, niches, channels and figures, audience, past work, conditions. We do not give them your email, phone or address: contact goes through us or through the platform. In your area you see the sector of the company and the date of each proposal; the client's name remains confidential, because our clients are covered by confidentiality agreements.

**Automatic matching** ranks creators and companies by compatibility using simple rules (niche, countries, platforms, audience, how recent the data is). It decides the order of results and does not produce decisions with legal effects on you.

## 4. Who else sees the data

- **Registered users** see creator profiles, not private data.
- **The agency's client companies** see creator profiles, as explained above. They are located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, countries for which the European Commission has recognised an adequate level of protection.
- **Our providers**, who process data on our behalf and on our instructions: Contabo GmbH (servers in Germany) for hosting; Register S.p.A. (Italy) for sending emails.
- **The European Commission** receives companies' VAT numbers for the VIES check.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.

We do not sell data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

## 5. How long we keep it

- Account and profile: as long as you remain registered. If you delete your account, the data disappears from the platform and from the agency's records within 30 days.
- Backups: overwritten on rotation and deleted within 12 months.
- Proof of acceptances (document, version, date, IP): 10 years, to be able to demonstrate consent in case of dispute.
- Contact form messages and copies of emails received by the platform mailboxes: 24 months.
- Technical server logs: 90 days at most.

## 6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format (portability) and object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like, without affecting the past. You can correct most data yourself in your area.

Write to **[info@marchewebmarketing.it](mailto:info@marchewebmarketing.it)**: we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority ([www.garanteprivacy.it](http://www.garanteprivacy.it)) or with the authority of the country where you live.

## 7. Minors

The platform is for adults only: when signing up you declare that you are at least 18.

## 8. Security

The platform runs only over HTTPS, passwords are stored encrypted, analytics screenshots are kept in a private area not reachable from the web, and only authorised agency staff can access the management panel.

## 9. Cookies

We use technical cookies and, only with your consent, Google Analytics statistics cookies and Google Ads campaign measurement cookies, without remarketing: details are on the [Cookies](https://influencerfor.me/en/cookies) page.

## 10. Changes

If we change this notice significantly, we will inform registered users by email before the changes take effect.
