By signing up you accept them. The Italian text is the reference version; the other languages are translations. ## 1. Who we are and what the platform offers influencerfor.me is run by **MARCHE WEB MARKETING DI CARBONI LUCA & C. S.A.S.**, Via Ponte Metauro Villanova 3/D, 61036 Colli al Metauro (PU), Italia, VAT IT02641980418 («Marche Web Marketing», «we»). The platform connects **companies** that sell products with **creators** who publish content on social media or a blog. Creators fill in a profile with niches and statistics; companies register with their sector; the platform suggests matches. Some features (creator search, collaborations, invitations) are opening in stages. Today the platform is **free** for everyone. We may introduce paid services for companies in the future: if so, we will inform registered users at least 30 days in advance and no fee will be charged without express acceptance. ## 2. Registration - You must be at least **18 years old**. - The data you enter must be true and up to date. Whoever registers a company declares they are authorised to do so. - Login details are personal: you are responsible for keeping them safe. - Each person may have only one account per role. ## 3. Use of creator profiles by the agency By signing up as a creator you accept that: - your profile (public name, photo, introduction, niches, channels and figures, audience, past work, conditions) is **visible to all registered users** of the platform; - **Marche Web Marketing may present your profile to its client companies, whether or not they are registered on the platform**, to propose collaborations, including through sheets and lists prepared by the agency; - for these purposes you grant us, free of charge and for as long as you remain registered, the right to display and reproduce the content of your profile (including your photo). Your email, phone and address are not shown: contact goes through the agency or the platform. In your area you see the sector and date of each proposal. You can delete your account whenever you like: from then on your profile is no longer proposed. Full details are in the [privacy notice](https://influencerfor.me/en/privacy). ## 4. Creators' commitments - Enter **real figures**, taken from your platforms' analytics, and update them when we ask. - The channels you list are yours or managed by you. - Every piece of content arising from a collaboration must **clearly disclose the advertising** (#ad or the equivalent in your language), as required by the rules and influencer guidelines of your country. - You comply with the rules of the platforms where you publish. ## 5. Companies' commitments - The company exists, is active and the VAT number is its own. - The products offered are lawful, safe and compliant with the rules of the destination country. - No prohibited or regulated products may be offered: medicines, weapons, tobacco and e-cigarettes, adult products, food supplements not notified to the authorities. ## 6. What is forbidden for everyone - Requesting or publishing **marketplace reviews** (for example on Amazon) in exchange for a product, a discount or a refund: marketplace rules forbid them. - Arranging **purchases with refunds** to boost a product's sales or ranking. - Publishing content without an advertising disclosure. - Sending spam, using the platform for purposes other than collaborations, copying or collecting profiles in bulk (with automated tools or by hand). - Entering false data, other people's data or unlawful content. ## 7. Agreements between companies and creators How the product is provided (gift, discount, trial or other), the timing and the type of content are decided by **the company and the creator**, also outside the platform. Marche Web Marketing **is not a party** to these agreements, does not guarantee them and is not liable for products, shipping, payments, published content or its performance. The platform does not collect money and takes no commission. ## 8. The «verified» badge The badge means that the agency has compared the analytics screenshots uploaded by the creator with the declared figures, as of the date of the check. It is not a guarantee of the results of collaborations. ## 9. Suspension and deletion You can delete your account whenever you like, by writing to us or from your area. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, enters false data or puts other users at risk, informing the person concerned except in urgent cases. ## 10. Liability We strive to keep the platform working and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for damages arising from agreements between users. Consumers' statutory rights and liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence remain unaffected. ## 11. Changes We may update these terms. Significant changes are communicated to registered users by email at least 15 days before they take effect; anyone who does not accept them can delete their account. ## 12. Law and jurisdiction Italian law applies. For disputes with companies and professionals, the courts of the place where Marche Web Marketing has its registered office have jurisdiction; for consumers, the courts of the place where they reside.
