How it works

// How it works

The platform rules, in plain words

How brands and creators meet, what the platform does on its own, what is not allowed and how we use data.

A

The brand posts, the creator applies

The brand describes the product, countries, platforms and the type of content it wants. Matching creators see it at the top of their board and apply.

B

The brand searches, then invites

The brand browses profiles, or the creators the platform recommends, and invites the ones it prefers. The creator accepts or declines.

Every step is confirmed in the platform: application or invitation, acceptance, shipping, receipt and publication of the content. Brand and creator talk in the collaboration's chat.

// The matching

How matching works

The platform gives each match a score based on simple rules: the niche (the main one counts more than secondary ones), shipping and audience countries, the platforms and formats requested, audience size and engagement, reliability in past collaborations and how recent the statistics are.

// What is not allowed

Marketplace reviews (for example on Amazon) in exchange for the product or a discount: marketplace rules forbid them.

Purchases with refunds to boost a product's sales.

Content without an advertising disclosure (#ad or the equivalent in your language).

Prohibited or regulated products: medicines, weapons, tobacco and e-cigarettes, adult products, unregistered food supplements.

How we use data

Creator profiles are visible to registered users of the platform, creators and brands, and not to anyone who isn't registered. Marche Web Marketing, which runs the platform, may also present creator profiles to its client companies, registered or not; the creator sees the sector and date of each proposal in their area. Brand details are also used by the agency to contact them. Full details are in the privacy notice.
